By accessing or using OneAiMind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneAiMind is a desktop application providing AI-powered productivity tools. The Service includes the website, user portal, documentation, and downloadable desktop application.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. License Keys & Activation

  • Each license key is valid for activation on one system at a time.
  • License keys are non-transferable and tied to your account.
  • You may deactivate a license from one system to activate it on another.
  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to revoke license keys that violate these terms.

5. Pricing & Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial.

Paid Plans

We offer Annual ($19/year) and Lifetime ($49 one-time) license options. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us at support@oneaimind.com within 30 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass license activation mechanisms
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Distribute, sublicense, or resell the application or license keys
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with OneAiMind are the property of CRESO Holdings LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the application, not ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Updates & Support

  • Annual plans include updates and support for the duration of the subscription.
  • Lifetime plans include updates and support for the lifetime of the product.
  • Free trial includes community support and documentation access.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneAiMind and CRESO Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license keys will be deactivated. You may also terminate your account at any time through your portal settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
